A success story: Optimising group financial consolidation with efficient reporting processes

Adept Enterprise Solutions successfully implemented a large-scale group financial consolidation solution for Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPH) using IBM Cognos Controller software.

The solution helps to bring in financial data from different ERP systems such as SAP across the group through an automated process, thereby making the financial consolidation process much more efficient.

In addition, Adept has the tecnical expertise to integrate Controller with IBM Planning Analytics. This data integration greatly benefits SPH as Controller data can now be easily consumed in multi-dimensional cubes in Planning Analytics. Users can now analyse data and generate reports with great ease using Planning Analytics.

IBM announced on 13 July 2018 that the date for end of support of IBM Cognos TM1 version 10.2.2 will be 30 September 2018. See this link for details.

To ensure continual support of your financial performance management solutions driven by IBM Cognos TM1, it is strongly advised to upgrade it to the latest version of its successor, IBM Planning Analytics.
