What are the key components in APM solution?
APM solution comprises of three integrated and customizable components that can be deployed individually or as a complete integrated solution.
In the financial consolidation component, group reporting structures, mapping tables and reports can be rapidly set up using Adept’s templates. This allows consolidated results to be made available in a timely and standardised fashion, allowing more time for office of Finance to analyse data instead of spending it on report preparation.
In the budgeting, planning and forecasting component, our standard and best practice models for staff cost, opex, overhead allocations and Capex/ depreciation planning can be deployed rapidly, thus allowing projects to be delivered faster and at a higher quality. All modules are fully integrated; this allows real-time aggregation of data across organisational entities and driver-based budgeting and planning.
