Upgrade Service: IBM Planning Analytics & Cognos TM1
If the version of your IBM Cognos TM1-based solution is 10.2.2 or lower, we strongly advise you to upgrade to the latest version of IBM Planning Analytics so as to benefit from the defect fixes and new features. This is critical as TM1 version 10.2.2 will reach end of support on 30 Sep 2018.
If your IBM Cognos TM1 software licenses are still active i.e. you have been subscribing to IBM software support and subscription service, you are entitled to download and upgrade to the latest version! Our consultants have both technical and functional experience in such upgrading exercises.
